Child Safety Standards

Erosia, operated by Erosia Love Labs LLC, is an adults-only (18+) AI matchmaking platform. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) material or conduct. This document describes the standards we uphold and the steps we take to prevent, detect, and respond to any CSAE on our platform.

Last updated: April 21, 2026

1. Our Commitment

Erosia is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. Any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, solicitation of minors, or content that sexually exploits children is strictly prohibited on every surface of the service — including user profiles, photos, chat messages, reported content, and AI-generated output.

Erosia complies with all applicable global and regional child safety laws and regulations. In the United States this includes the Protect Our Children Act (18 U.S.C. §2258A) and reporting obligations to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline. In the European Union we align with the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) and the General Data Protection Regulation provisions protecting minors. In the United Kingdom we follow the Online Safety Act 2023. Where other jurisdictions apply, we follow their equivalent child protection laws.

2. Age Restriction & Prevention

  • All users must confirm they are at least 18 years of age before creating an account. Accounts suspected of belonging to minors are suspended and deleted.
  • Erosia does not permit anyone under 18 to use the service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware of data belonging to a minor, it is deleted immediately.
  • AI-generated photos, avatars, or descriptions produced by our systems are restricted to adult subjects; prompts that would yield CSAM-adjacent imagery are blocked.

3. How to Report CSAE

If you encounter any content or behavior involving a minor, suspected grooming, child sexual abuse material, or the sexual exploitation of a child on Erosia, please report it immediately through any of these channels:

  • In-app report: tap the report icon on any profile or message and select "Underage / minor involvement" or "Other illegal activity".
  • Email: trustandsafety@erosialove.com with subject "CSAE Report". Include a link, screenshot, or user identifier if possible.
  • External authorities: in the United States, you can also report directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.

Reports are confidential. You do not need to identify yourself, and reporting is free.

4. Our Response Process

  • CSAE reports are reviewed with highest priority, typically within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Confirmed CSAE content is removed immediately and the responsible account is permanently banned.
  • We preserve relevant evidence and report confirmed CSAE to the NCMEC CyberTipline as required by U.S. law, and cooperate with law-enforcement investigations.
  • We use a combination of automated image and text signals, human moderation, and user reports to detect CSAE. Automated detection is supplemented by trained moderators.
  • We continuously review and improve our detection, moderation, and reporting processes.

5. Child Safety Point of Contact

Child safety concerns, CSAE reports, and inquiries from law enforcement should be directed to our dedicated Trust & Safety team, which is the designated child-safety point of contact for Erosia:

  • Entity: Erosia Love Labs LLC
  • App: Erosia (AI Matchmaking Agent)

  • Response commitment: all CSAE reports are triaged by the Trust & Safety team with highest priority, typically within 24 hours of receipt

6. Review & Updates

These Child Safety Standards are reviewed at least annually, and updated whenever our detection tools, product surfaces, or legal obligations change. The current version is always published at https://erosia.love/child-safety.
