1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Erosia platform operated by Erosia Love Labs LLC ("Erosia," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Erosia is an AI-powered matchmaking platform that uses artificial intelligence to build personality profiles and recommend compatible matches. Our service includes:

• AI-guided personality profiling through conversation
• 32-dimension compatibility matching
• Visual chemistry analysis
• One-on-one messaging between matched users
• AI conversation coaching (Wingman)

Erosia does not guarantee that you will find a partner, that matches will lead to successful relationships, or that AI-generated personality assessments are perfectly accurate. Our recommendations are suggestions based on algorithmic analysis and should not be relied upon as professional relationship advice.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Erosia
• You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement
• You must not be prohibited from using the service under applicable law
• You represent that the information you provide is truthful and accurate

4. Account and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• One person may maintain only one active account
• Guest sessions may be used without registration, but data persistence requires an account

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information in your profile
• Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate other users
• Send unsolicited commercial messages or spam
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or sexually explicit
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our matching algorithms
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the service
• Circumvent any security or access restrictions

Erosia reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (messages, photos, profile information). By submitting content, you grant Erosia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

6.2 Our Content

All AI-generated content (personality profiles, compatibility analyses, match recommendations, Wingman suggestions), as well as the Erosia brand, design, and technology, are the property of Erosia Love Labs LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

• Erosia offers both free and paid subscription tiers
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually)
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and the refund policies of the payment platform (Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe)
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Erosia uses artificial intelligence (including Google Gemini) to generate personality assessments, match recommendations, and conversation suggestions. This AI-generated content:

• Is provided for informational and entertainment purposes
• Should not be considered professional psychological, medical, or relationship advice
• May contain inaccuracies or biases inherent in AI systems
• Does not replace professional counseling or therapy

9. Safety and Reporting

Your safety is important to us. If you experience harassment, abuse, or suspicious behavior from another user, please report it immediately through the app or by contacting [email protected]. We will investigate reports and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.

Meeting in person: if you choose to meet someone you connected with on Erosia, please take standard safety precautions — meet in public places, tell a friend where you'll be, and trust your instincts.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Erosia is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Erosia in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for the actions, behavior, or content of other users

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of Erosia shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the state where Erosia Love Labs LLC is registered. You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Erosia may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations and dispute resolution) shall survive.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Erosia after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
